Who is Costa Titch ?

Costa Titch is a South African rapper and songwriter born in Nelspruit , Mpumalanga. His birth name is Costa Tsobanoglou. He rose to fame when he released his single ‘Nkalankanta’.

Where It All Started

Costa developed an interest for entertainment when he was young, he was however more interested in dancing than music. As time went by , he began to take it more serious with his friend Benny Chill when he was 15 years old.

After completing his matric , He moved to Johannesburg where he joined a dance crew called ‘New Age Steez’. The group was comprised of Tumi Tladi and Phantom Steeze. They qualified for an international hip hop dance competition which they came up number 14th.

Costa started getting more recognition and more fans , He then starting slowly tapping into the music scene with rapping. When he fully came into the rap scene , he was fortunate enough to work with the likes of Cassper Nyovest. Although transitioning from dancing into rap was not an easy journey but he pushed hard.

He later released a single titled Activate, which became a hit song and shot the star rapper to the limelight. from there he released a lot of follow up singles such as Nkalankatha remix and a whole lot more. He has an album out titled ‘Made in Africa’
