Who is Mobi Dixon ?
Mobi Dixon is South African House DJ/Producer, born and raised in East London in the Eastern Cape. His real name is Mabi Ntuli and is regarded one of the best DJs in the Country
Where it all started ?
Mabi ’s Career started when he won the DJU/AXE remix competition in 2008. As result of the competition , he got the opportunity to work with big labels such Kalawa, House Africa and Sheer House . Mobi Dixon also worked on some remixes for artists like Fistaz Mixwell, Giggs Superstar and Marissa Guzman.
Releasing his debut project
In 2013 , Mobi Dixon released his debut project titled ‘Tribal Soul’ through Soul Candi Records. The album featured the hit single ‘ Love Color Spin’ featuring Msaki. Love color spin became a big song and slowly introduced Mobi into the music industry.
In 2014 , He released another single ‘ City Rains’ and it topped charts . This was the big break that Mobi was waiting for , The song went double platinum . After the single , fans were eagerly awaiting an album. he dropped his album also titled ’Tribal Soul’ and it debuted on number 1 on itunes.
