Mduduzi Ncube just released his debut album titled ‘Istimela’. The album features the hit single ‘Isiginci’ feat Big Zulu. Isiginci is currently one of the biggest afro pop songs in South Africa both on itunes and radio charts.
Istimela consists of 15 amazing songs that are just as great or even better than his most loved single ‘Isiginci’. The album features that afro soul touch to it that’s got a bit of maskandi and jazzy elements to it. Mduduzi named the album ‘Istimela’ because he used to take a train every day from his hometown hammarsdale to town in Durban just to showcase his talent, So the name reminds him so much of how far he has come with his passion for music. The album is filled with hope and love as he strongly believes in spreading a positive message about love and inspiring hope through his music.
Mduduzi is a South African afro pop singer and songwriter from Kwazulu natal, who got his first big break when DJ Tira heard his talent and recorded his first single titled ‘Malokazi’ Featuring Berita.
His debut project will be released under Inkabi Records, which is owned by one of the biggest rappers in S.A ‘Big Zulu’.
