Who is Pearl Modiadie?

Pearl Modiadie is a south African television personality , radio DJ , actress and a producer of the SABC 1 talk show ‘Zaziwa’. She was born and bred in Tembisa , Xubeni Section in Ekurhuleni.

Where she Studied?

Pearl Modiadie matriculated in 2005 from Norkem Park High School in Kempton Park. In 2007 she furthered her studies by enrolling at Rosebank College to do a diploma in Media Studies and Journalism. She graduated with her diploma in 2009 from rosebank college.

Her Television Career

Pearl was previously known for presenting the e.tv kids programming block Craz-e. In 2007 she co-hosted the kids game show ‘Crazed Out’. Then Later was a radio DJ at YFM , and a content producer for a tv series called ‘Sistahood’

In 2013, Pearl made her debut as an actress on the e.tv soapie Scandal! as Kefilwe Malope, a young girl with a track record of drug abuse.

2013 , She got the opportunity to host the SABC1 music lifestyle show Zaziwa. During that same year she became a field presenter on SABC 3’s breakfast show Expresso. Pearl also hosts the lunch time show at Metro FM alongside Thomas Msengane every weekday during 12pm-3pm.
