Who is Nomcebo Zikode ?

Nomcebo Zikode is a talented South African Singer , songwriter and performer. She was born and bred in Hammarsdale , Kwazulu Natal. Nomcebo rose to fame with Master KG ‘s global hit record ‘Jerusalema’ and DJ Ganyani ‘s Emazulwini

Her Educational Background

Nomcebo did her secondary schooling at Ukusa High School in KwaZulu-Natal. After graduating from high school she went to tertiary to further her studies at Havatech College where she obtained her qualification in Information Technology.

Where It all Started

It all started in 2013 when she participated in the Ukhozi FM talent search and she won it.Fast forward a few years later and she gets featured by the Legendary DJ Ganyani in his chart topping single ‘Emazulwini’. In 2019 she was featured on Master KG ‘s global hit ‘Jerusalema’ and the song went on to break records by becoming the first song to hit over 100 million views on Youtube in South Africa and possibly Africa. After the success of Jerusalema , Nomcebo released her new single ‘Xola Moya Wam’ which is fast becoming a national anthem.
